WINGS TOUR IN JAKARTA EXPERIENCE PT. 2


Hello guys, setelah wings tour in Jakarta experience pt.1, akhirnya gue bakalan lanjutin cerita terakhir dari wings tour in Jakarta experience tanggal 29 april kemarin. Jujur masih dalam kondisi PCD (Post Concert Depression) karena move on dari konser itu lebih susah dibanding move on dari gebetan (eaaa)

Tanggal 29 april aka Hari paling dinantikan, gue bangun sekitar jam pukul 04.30 (padahal tanggal 28 gue tidur sekitar jam 11) masih ngantuk sebenernya tapi udah excited mau ketemu suami bangtan. Sebelum mandi sempat maskeran sebentar, biar muka agak cerah pas nanti di venue haha. sambil maskeran buka twitter dan ngeliat tweet @ime_indonesia dengan caption "ANNOUNCEMENT" pas gue baca ternyata isinya pengumuman tentang pembagian nomer antrian, gue langsung kesel disitu karena mereka baru ngasih tau sehari sebelumnya dan itu pun mereka rilis sekitar pukul 11.24 PM. Sumpah disitu gue bener-bener ngerasa promotor gak well prepared alias mendadak semuanya.


Gue sempet check grup line dan udah ada yang ngantri buat dapet nomer antrian dari pukul 05.00, gue makin mikir nih kalo berangkat siang bisa-bisa gue dapet paling belakang. Sekitar pukul 06.00 udah siap akhirnya minta anterin sama adek gue ke tempat janjian di pom bensin deket Mega Bekasi Hypermall, kebetulan gue berangkat sama 6 temen gue yang lain. Kita sewa mobil supaya gampang pergi dan pulangnya, karena udah prediksi kalo naik grab malem-malem bakalan susah banget dapetnya apalagi kalo ke Bekasi yang lumayan jauh.

Pukul 06.10 akhirnya sampai di tempat janjian, disana udah ada 2 temen army (ris dan mbak eka). Pas nunggu semuanya kumpul ada beberapa orang (sepertinya army juga) dia nyamperin gue dan nanya "Mau ke Wings Tour ya?" gue agak kaget disitu cuma gue tetep jawab "Iya kita mau ke wings tour", ternyata dia ngira gue dan temen-temen gue itu gabung ke group tour wings tour gitu lol setelah cukup lama nunggu sampai pukul 7 kurang akhirnya semua kumpul (maklumin kebiasaan orang indonesia suka ngaret dan macet juga jadi salah satu faktornya). Beruntung saat itu perjalanan dari bekasi ke ICE cuma 1 jam, gue kira bakalan lebih lama karena hari sabtu biasanya macet. Sampai venue gue kaget banget karena antrian panjang banget sampe gue ke hall 7 pun itu masih ada lagi dibelakangnya. Gue sempet bingung itu antrian apa karena gada informasi sama sekali, sedangkan masih ada yang belum nukerin tiket jadi situasinya 'super hectic' dengan antrian yang tak terhingga itu.

Karena pusing liat antrian itu akhirnya gue memutuskan untuk mencari freebies~ (pemburu gratisan)  kebetulan sebelum wings tour ini udah bikin list freebies dan bisa ngambil beberapa sebelum akhirnya ikut antri buat ambil nomer antrian. Gue antri dari 08.30 sampai akhirnya masuk ke hall 1 sekitar pukul 11.00. antriannya parah banget pas bodychecking itu, pintu masuknya cuma dua dan antriannya gak beraturan lebih dari 2 antrian untuk yang reguler (non benefit). Pas ngantri rasanya susah nafas karena bener-bener gak banyak space tersisa, tapi lumayan gak bete pas ngantri karena army pada triakin fanchant "Kim namjoon, Kim seokjin, Min yoongi, Jung Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, Jeon Jungkook, BTS" itu berkali-kali dan sempet nyanyi-nyanyi juga. 

Pas body checking gak terlalu ketat, bahkan tas gue gak dibuka sama sekali tapi karena gue orangnya jujur (halah) gue akhirnya kasihin makanan gue, jadi gak gue bawa masuk ke hall 1. Sampai di hall 1, disana udah banyak yang antri dengan posisi duduk persection. gue duduk di section blue sambil nunggu dikasih wristband dan di wristband itu terdapat nomer antriannya. karena gue masuk agak siang jadi gue dapet nomer antrian 515 (ini karena gue sempet nungguin orang yang nitip tiketnya sama gue dan karena katanya ga bisa keluar lagi kalau udah masuk hall 1) ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

Setelah dapet wristband dengan kondisi lapar dan kebetulan udah siang, gue memutuskan untuk makan siang. Di dalam hall 1 itu ada beberapa food truck yang menjual berbagai makanan mulai dari spaghetti, martabak, dan lain-lain. udah sedih berkali-kali ngantri, beli makan dan minum pun harus ngantri dan antriannya cukup panjang. Gue memutuskan beli paket semacam bento gitu isinya nasi, taichan dan salad. harganya cukup terjangkau cuma 35k, cuma air mineral aja ini yang mahalnya diluar nalar gue haha dengan harga 10k itu bukan dapet 1 botol tapi di gelas plastik yang ukuran sedang. gue ini paling gabisa nahan haus dan akhirnya harus nahan haus karena harganya dan karena belinya antri parah ㅠㅠ

Selesai makan sempet keliling hall 1 sambil cari freebies walaupun akhirnya cuma dapet beberapa dan sempet ketemu banyak masternim sibuk mondar-mandir di venue. Sekitar jam 2 kebetulan mau ke toilet karena udah gak tahan dan emang rencana mau ke toilet dulu sebelum masuk ke dalam venue. Disini gue harus ANTRI LAGI, gue gak tau udah berapa kali gue antri dalam sehari itu. Ada kali gue antri toilet sampai 1 jam dan pas lagi ngantri itu posisi bangtan lagi soundcheck, gue udah teriak-teriak pas kedengeran Cypher PT. 4. GOD DAMN IT, HOW TO STAY CALM WHEN YOU CAN HEAR RAPPER LINE'S VOICE???!!! Udah deh tuh 1 hall teriak-teriak juga makin excited, yang tadinya kesel lagi ngantri ke toilet akhirnya gue nikmati aja antri sambil denger bangtan soundcheck. Pas antri juga sempet ngobrol sama army yang antri depan gue, beruntung gue orangnya suka sksd (sedikit bangga karena sksd membuat gue kenal banyak orang lol)

Akhirnya setelah berhasil ke toilet gue duduk lagi di tempat tadi dengan posisi antrian udah berantakan karena udah pengurutan nomer (antrian jadi agak maju kedepan). Sekitar jam 4 gue udah duduk sesuai nomer antrian, disini staff ngurutin nomer antrian pake handphone dan dibantu army yang teriak-teriak manggilin nomernya. Ngerasa useless gitu dan kasihan sama staffnya, seharusnya mereka pake pengeras suara karena ngurutin orang sebanyak itu susah (fyi section blue itu kurang lebih ada 1000an orang). Sambil nunggu staffnya ngurutin semua nomer antrian, gue duduk sambil ngapalin fanchant dan bercanda sama army yang antri dibelakang gue. Memang sksd sekali lagi sangat bermanfaat, walaupun gue lupa nanya nama mereka tapi kita bercanda-canda aja sambil ngefanchant rame-rame tanpa menghiraukan sekitar.

Sampai pukul 17.40 staff belum selesai juga ngurutin semua nomer antrian untuk section blue, gue udah mulai agak panik disitu karena konser dimulai pukul 18.30 dan biasanya sejam sebelum show itu udah masuk ke venue. Gue mikir "dalam waktu kurang dari sejam apa bisa masukin kurang lebih 1000 orang dari section blue dengan tertib ke dalam venue???" gue lupa kapan tepatnya, pokoknya udah lewat dari pukul 18.00 itu semua yang duduk pada berdiri otomatis gue juga berdiri. Semua bikin barisan gitu dan maju kedepan dengan posisi muter-muter gak jelas. Disini udah bikin emosi lagi, antrian makin gak jelas dan nomer antrian yang udah diurutin itu berantakan. Di depan gue banyak nomer antrian yang harusnya ada dibelakang gue, parahnya disini staffnya gak berbuat apa-apa. 

Akhirnya apa yang gue takutin kejadian juga, pas pintu dibuka semua lari-lari udah gak peduli sama nomer antrian. Rasanya mau mati itu dorong-dorongan parah bikin gue susah nafas dan itu posisinya belum masuk ke venue. Pas masih antri masuk venue kebetulan posisi gue deket pager pembatas dan disitu ada staff, gue udah kesel akhirnya gue tanya deh "Mas, ini nomer antrian buat apa kalau akhirnya masuk berebutan gini?" dia cuma bales "saya gak tau mbak". WTF gue makin kesel aja disitu dengan masih didorong-dorong sama belakang gue sampai gue kena pagar pembatas. Gue teriak "Jangan dorong-dorong woy, semua dapet duduk kok" tetep aja masih dorong-dorongan sampai akhirnya posisi mau naik tangga buat ke section blue ada staff yang teriak "Jangan dorong-dorong" dan ada staff luar juga yang teriak "Don't push", disini keliatan staffnya kesel karena pada dorong-dorong. sebenernya salah mereka juga sih kurang koordinasi, coba kalo masuk sesuai nomer antrian pasti gak bakalan sekacau itu tapi kalau dari manner masing-masing belum bisa berubah susah juga. Nomer antrian akhirnya USELESS, sama sekali gak guna hahaha

Setelah perjuangan yang cukup menguras emosi dan tenaga akhirnya bisa masuk ke venue, posisinya gue dapet tempat duduk di bagian kanan dan di barisan kelima. Posisi stage lumayan deket aslinya, sejenak gue lupa sama situasi yang berantakan tadi karean udah ngebayangin akhirnya bisa liat suami setelah 2 tahun ditinggal Bangtan di stage. Layar udah muterin beberapa MV Bangtan dan salutnya satu venue tuh bergema karena army ikut nyanyi semua walaupun baru MV dan bangtannya belum muncul.

Pas selesai muterin MV, lampu mulai redup dan terdengar lagu 'Indonesia Raya' semua langsung berdiri dan nyanyi (Sumpah ini bikin merinding). setelah selesai nyanyi semua di section blue mulai duduk lagi dan mulai muncul VCR yang biasa ditampilin pas Wings Tour (its mean the concert going to start soon), Udah teriak lagi gabisa diem apalagi pas layar nampilin muka "Kim Namjoon" udah lost control. gak lama setelah VCR tirai terbuka dan munculah 7 cowo yang sudah dinanti-nantikan dengan membawakan "NOT TODAY". Makin kenceng teriakan satu venue menggema

(Songlist Wings Tour In Jakarta)

Untuk songlist Wings Tour In Jakarta sama sekali gak beda sama di negara-negara sebelumnya Gue sendiri selama konser gak banyak ngerekam karena gue mau menikmati dan merekamnya di memori gue sebagai kenangan indah. Gue mengapresiasi promotor untuk Stagenya yang gak biasa, sound system, effect, dan lain-lain yang ada di venue termasuk seating untuk blue gak terlalu mengecewakan. Menurut gue stagenya udah cukup "Megah" untuk ukuran konser di venue yang tidak begitu besar. Jangan dibandingin sama stage di negara lain yang venuenya lebih besar karena pasti beda.

Gue ngerasa beruntung banget bisa jadi a part of army bomb ocean in Wings Tour In Jakarta karena di konser ini Bangtan pertama kali nampilin solo stage, kebetulan di Album Wings mereka masing-masing kebagian lagu solo dan kerasa banget tiap member menampilkan performance yang sesuai dengan lagu solo mereka masing-masing. Jadi berasa beda euforianya di tiap performance masing-masing member. Solo performance favorit pastinya Reflection, karena berhubung namjoon bias gue dan langsung emosional pas finally gue liat dia perform itu secara langsung. Gue juga berterima kasih sama semua Army Indonesia yang hadir, karena udah ikut meneriakan fanchant "Kim Namjoon" dan "We love you" saat Reflection. I hope he know if so many people really love him.

Semua Performance berkesan banget apalagi pas Save Me, kebetulan Army Indonesia punya project untuk angkat handbanner yang dibagikan dari awal lagu sampai akhir. Handbannernya banyak dibagiin saat diluar venue dan kebetulan gue gak kebagian karena sibuk ngantri, tapi pas di dalam venue ada staff yg keliling di section blue dengan bawa banner itu akhirnya gue minta ke staffnya. padahal awalnya gue kira gak akan dapet.



Projectnya berjalan lancar bahkan gue inget banget pas part Namjoon dia sempet kasih 'Jempol' gitu haha (Yes we did it Indonesian Army) gak cuma namjoon, semua member juga keliatan seneng banget dan keliatan mereka sangat prepare banyak untuk konser pertama di Indonesia ini. Mereka berkali-kali ngomong pake bahasa Indonesia, walaupun kadang pelafalan mereka salah dan kedengaran lucu banget. karena gue sempet dateng ke fanmeet mereka di tahun 2015, gue bisa bilang mood mereka pas konser pertama ini jauh lebih bagus dibanding pas 2015 itu. Gue inget pas fanmeet mereka cuma ngomong "aku cinta kamu", "bagus", intinya ga begitu banyak dan gak semua member ngomong bahasa indonesia. Beda saat konser wings tour kemarin, mereka semua ngomong pakai bahasa indonesia berkali-kali apalagi pas jimin bilang "Aku sangat terharu atas perasaan kalian" dan namjoon bilang "aku pasti akan rindu kalian" (I cried ㅠㅠㅠㅠ). Mereka keliatan bener-bener menikmati dari awal sampai akhir konser. Bisa dibilang 'worth it' banget untuk keluar budget yang lumayan besar buat performance mereka yang luar biasa, walaupun banyak drama yang bikin badmood dari awal announce sampai masuk venue semua terbayar dengan perform bangtan.

Ini pengalaman pertama konser kpop gue (karena sebelumnya cuma fanmeeting), bisa dibilang berkesan dan tidak berkesan. berkesan karena peform bangtan dan tidak berkesan karena promotornya but still I'm so thankfull they want to brings my boys to held concert in here. Makasih banyak untuk sahabat gue Risma (for listen to my shits) yang udah nemenin selama di venue dan udah mau rekamin performance "Reflection" karena gue sibuk fanchant sambil nangis lol kebetuan kita satu kelas dan dari dulu sempet punya mimpi buat nonton konser bareng akhirnya tercapai juga.

Semoga next time kita bisa kumpul bareng-bareng semuanya

Pengalaman Pakai Softlens (Review Eyezone Yara)

Kali ini gue mau share pengalaman pake softlens pertama kali. selama hampir 23 tahun akhirnya gue berani pake softlens juga haha

Gue tuh penakut banget dari dulu padahal pengen coba pake softlens tapi hanya wacana, setelah diracunin sama sahabat gue akhirnya terealisasikan juga. Awalnya gue cari-cari soflens yang diameternya gak begitu besar karena mata gue ini sipit jadi takut keliatan aneh gitu. Akhirnya gue nemu toko online di shopee yang jual softlens dengan harga murah, karena gue mikirnya ini baru percobaan pertama kali pake softlens jadi gue gak mau rugi. setidaknya kalo beli yang murah, soflensnya gak kepake juga gak masalah. Ketemu lah eyezone yara ini, kebetulan pengen coba warna biru dan ada minus yang sesuai. Dengan spesifikasi yang cukup bagus akhirnya gue beli eyezone yara ini sekitar 35k dan sekalian beli cairan softlens sekitar 10k (murah ya haha).

Spesifikasi Eyezone Yara:

3. Masa pakai 6 bulan 

Pertama kali pakai softlens gue butuh waktu 1 jam untuk pasang kedua softlens karena gue masih takut-takut. Pengalaman liat saudara gue pake softlens waktu itu sampe matanya merah dan berair jadi agak trauma. Pas akhirnya berhasil pasang keduanya, mata gue sama sekali gak merah atau berair dan gak berasa ganjel gitu, karena temen gue yang udah pake softlens duluan sempet bilang gak enaknya pake softlens itu kaya ada yang ganjel. Untungnya gue sama sekali gak ngalamin itu dan pertama kali gue pake kebetulan pas ke acara nikahan temen, gue pake hampir 12 jam tapi gak bikin mata sakit dan jarang banget tetesin cairan softlens. Walaupun sebaiknya jangan sampai pake softlens terlalu lama, apalagi sampai 12 jam.

Saat pemakain kedua, ketiga dan keempat mata gue suka berair dan agak perih tapi cuma sebentar, biasanya gue tutup mata terus tetesin cairan softlens abis itu udah gak berair dan perih lagi. so far gue suka sama softlensnya walaupun texturnya gak begitu bagus tapi enak pas dipake dan gak bikin mata kering. walaupun masih takut pake softlens dan masangnya bisa sampe 1 jam haha

WINGS TOUR IN JAKARTA EXPERIENCE PT. 1



Hello, I'm back after a while~
FINALLY I MET MY BOYS AGAIN AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS HAHA
Disini gue mau cerita mengenai pengalaman nonton Wings Tour In JAKARTA yang penuh suka dan duka (eaaa)

Tepat 14 Februari, Bighit melalui akun resminya di Twiiter @BigHitEnt mengumumkan kalau Indonesia masuk dalam list wings tour yang akan diselenggarakan pada 29 April 2017 di ICE. liat itu sumpah gue seneng banget, akhirnya Indonesia di notice juga sama Bighit setelah sempet gak kebagian Red Bullet tahun lalu. saat itu posisinya belum tau promotor mana yang akan bawa mereka tapi tetep excited apalagi ini First Concert mereka di Indonesia. Kebetulan gue udah nabung dari tahun lalu karena dari tahun lalu udah banyak rumor kalo Bangtan bakalan ke Indonesia. 

gue lupa tepatnya kapan, tapi gak begitu lama setelah bighit announce soal Wings Tour ternyata IME ASIA memposting tentang WINGS TOUR IN JAKARTA di akun media sosialnya. gue makin tambah excited dong, apalagi tau kalo promotor yang bawa ini salah satu promotor luar. Gue mikir pasti bakalan keren banget lah, apalagi denger rumor kalo konsernya bakalan "megah" dan gak kalah sama konser di Korea.

Tapi semakin deket kok gue semakin ngerasa agak aneh sama promotornya karena pricelist dan seatplan belum di rilis padahal udah sebulan sebelum konser dan parahnya yang handle ini IME Indonesia yang notabennya baru dibentuk. disitu gue makin ragu tapi akhirnya tanggal 1 april promotor rilis pricelist dan seatplan dengan harga yang gak jauh beda sama rumor pricelist yang sempet kesebar di twitter.

Dengan budget yang gak banyak, akhirnya gue memutuskan untuk beli tiket section Blue, lumayan juga duduk jadi gak capek dan denger-denger dari yang pernah nonton konser di ICE katanya dari section blue pun keliatan jelas. menurut gue semuanya tuh serasa mendadak, perilisan pricelist & seatplan dengan penjualan tiket cuma berselang 3 hari dan penjualan tiket hanya bisa online. gue udah takut aja gak kebagian tiket karena sistemnya harus cepet-cepetan, walaupun gue sempet mikir "gak mungkin langsung soldout pasti".

Tanggal 4 April saat penjualan tiket online, gue memutuskan untuk stay di Mcdonalds karena wi-fi disana cepet banget haha (I love mcdonald's wifi). Penjualan tiket baru jam 8 malem tapi gue udah stay dari jam 6, siapin laptop sambil buka website yes24. nunggu penjualan tiket itu bikin deg-deg'an banget sampe ada bangtan gayo pun gak gue tonton karena sibuk nungguin penjualan tiket. 20 menit sebelum jam 8 gue terus ngerefresh website yes24 sampai akhirnya jam 8 keluar penjualan tiketnya, dengan tangan yang gemeteran gue pilih tiket section blue 4 tiket (buat gue dan temen yang nitip beliin) dan akhirnya gue dapet notif kalo pemesanan gue berhasil sebelum akhirnya website yes24 crash karena terlalu banyak yang akses.

Hari itu juga gue langsung bayar karena ada batas maksimalnya cuma 1x12 jam. Gue rada kaget saat tau katanya tiket sold out di website yes24 dalam waktu gada lebih dari 10 menit kayanya. gue mikir "masa sih sold out?" dan gak lama di website bighit ada tulisan soldout untuk wingstour Jakarta. sempet takut beneran sold out karena temen gue banyak yang belum dapet tiket dan yang paling ngeselin adalah para calo yang beli tiket buat dijual lebih mahal, juga orang-orang yang penasaran asal booking aja. 

Disini gue merasa banyak calo yang cari kesempatan dari tiketing online ini, karena di website yes24 dan tiketdotcom sold out dan banyak banget Army yang belum dapet tiket. Apalagi yang cuma sekedar booking tiket itu bukan ARMY, mereka asal booking aja dan dijual dengan harga mahal, alasannya "Mahal karena susah dapetinnya" ya gimana gak susah kalo lo gak niat beli tapi sok-sok ikut booking (mulai kesel). tambah sedih lagi saat tau banyak ARMY yang kena tipu, disini gue mikir ini penipu kok tega banget coba manfaatin kesempatan gini padahal bisa jadi orang yang ketipu itu udah capek-capek nabung buat ngeliat bangtan :(

Setelah drama ticketing terus bergulir dengan makin banyaknya yang kena tipu, gue denger rumor kalo penukaran tiket akan dilakukan saat Hari H di venue. Jadi makin kesel sama promotor karena gue ngebayangin bakalan seberantakan apa kalo semua penukaran tiket cuma pas hari H, tapi gue mencoba buat think positive karena masih rumor dan belum ada informasi dari promotor. Sampai akhirnya tanggal 19 April, promotor menggumumkan bahwa penukaran tiket selama 2 hari pada tanggal 28 & 29 April di hall 2 ICE. Ternyata rumor itu ada benernya juga haha walaupun dibikin 2 hari penukarannya tetep aja gue merasa terlalu mendadak. H-1 dan Hari H baru bisa nukerin tiket fisik.

Gue memutuskan tanggal 29 April cuma mau ngantri buat masuk venue jadi mau nuker tiket tanggal 28 April. setelah janjian dengan ARMY Bekasi (dissa, uchi, betha, kristin, farah, dll) di Stasiun Bekasi sekitar pukul 08.30, kita berangkat rame-rame ke ICE naik kreta. Penukaran tiket sebenernya baru dibuka pukul 10.00 tapi udah banyak yang ngatri dari pagi banget (salut gue haha) setelah transit dari manggarai-tanah abang-dan akhirnya turun di rawa buntu, kita rame-rame naik gocar & grabcar dengan 1 mobil berlima. sampai venue kaget banget karena antrian udah panjang dan cuma dua baris antriannya. Semua section digabung jadi satu antriannya, cuma dibedaiin antri buat yang beli di yes24 & ticketdotcom. 
Gak lama gue ngantri akhirnya di line sama Dee (jodohnya min yoongi) nanyain gue dimana karena berkas salah satu army yang nitip nukerin tiket sama dia itu ada di gue, akhirnya gue samperin dee kedepan deket hall 3a buat ngasihin berkas, terus gue ngobrol sebentar sama dia dan gak lama ada staff yang teriak-teriak "Blue dan Yellow 10 orang untuk yes20" (lol seriously he said yes20 not yes24) langsung gue tunjuk tangan dan bilang kalo gue blue, akhirnya disuruh bikin barisan gitu isinya yellow dan blue masing-masing 10 orang. Gak lama akhirnya disuruh masuk untuk nukerin tiket, sepi banget yang bagian yellow sama blue mungkin itu alasannya disuruh masuk duluan. Nukerin tiketnya gak lama cuma di check print e-eticket sama KTP terus dikasih tiket fisik dan voucher belanja 20rb dari yes24.

Gak sia-sia ngantri lama dan kepanasan karena akhirnya bisa megang tiket fisik huhu walaupun tiketnya biasa aja, ngarep yang sebagus tiket wings bangkok (ups). udah selesai ngantri akhirnya duduk-duduk sebentar dan sempet nyamperin bunga (masa depan jimin) yang lagi ngantri buat nukerin tiket juga. Paling lama itu yang ngantri buat konfirmasi benefit, jadi dua kali ngantri. Nungguin semua selesai sampai jam 4 dengan kondisi lapar belum makan siang dan makan pagi cuma sama roti gandum T_T Akhirnya jam 4 memutuskan untuk ke Mcdonalds terdekat dengan gocar, gocar yang dateng itu gada kursi dibelakangnya sedangkan posisi kita itu ber-enam dengan terpaksa dua orang dipangku selama perjalanan kebetulan gak begitu jauh juga jalannya dan mas gocarnya juga kelihatan bete gitu haha

1. Analysis About Article “Strategic Communications And National Strategy” By Paul Cornish, Julian Lindley-French And Claire Yorke.

That article talk about two subjects which are “Strategic communications” and “National Strategy”. Both subjects really important because when you try to communicate with others you need strategy to have successful communications and you need strategy to protect or maintain national assets and interests, or to effect a desired change of one sort or another. Communications have always been an aspect of strategy and can always be useful in support of, or as an adjunct to other strategic levers and methods and that it is common practice to explain and communicate intentions and successes or failures.strategic communications can help to generate synergy and responsiveness at all levels of national planning, decision-making and activity.

Before talk more further about strategic communication and national strategy, lets know what is strategic communications first.

Strategic communications are seen to comprise four main components: information operations; psychological operations; public diplomacy; and public affairs. Strategic communications should form the interface between national strategy and action. Christopher Paul tries to define strategic communications as support for national strategy rather than as an essential element of it – as ‘coordinated actions, messages, images, and other forms of signalling or engagement intended to inform, influence, or persuade selected audiences to support national objectives’. Strategic communications still too often reflect a ‘whole-of-military’ rather than a much-needed ‘whole-of-government’ concept and culture.military organizations have taken to strategic communications: communications, and particularly the communicative value of action in a conflict space, is a fundamental part of military activity and armed forces are the servant of national strategy.

In that article, Strategic communication Focuses on United States (US) and United Kingdom (UK) practice. In the US The White House National Framework for Strategic Communications was established in 2010, while in the United Kingdom is also moving (albeit more slowly) towards some form of National Strategic Communications Strategy (NSCS) located primarily in the Cabinet Office. There is a concerted effort to  strategic communications, bringing them out of strategic military headquarters to establish a concept, a process and possibly even a capability at or close to the highest levels of government. Strategic communications still too often reflect a whole of military rather than a much-needed whole of government concept and culture.

what is The relationship between strategic communications and public diplomacy?

A 2009 Congressional Research Service report highlights the distinction:
"Public diplomacy is defined in different ways, but broadlyit is a term used to describe a government’s efforts toconduct foreign policy and promote national interests through direct outreach and communication with the population of a foreign country. Public diplomacy activities include providing information to foreign publics through broadcast and Internet media and at libraries and other outreach facilities in foreign countries; conducting cultural diplomacy, such as art exhibits and music performances; and administering international educational and professional exchange programs". it's about communicating US policy to foreign nationals and not specifically about strategy, or indeed about using communications to achieve strategic effect. Public diplomacy is better understood, therefore, as a subset of strategic communications.

Strategic communication will effective if there established upon a strong understanding of any given information environment.Communicating has traditionally been understood to be a two-way process, and effective strategic communications, if properly configured should inform the periodic adaptation and adjustment of policy and strategy. A broader understanding of the value of strategic communications might enable or improve national strategy, rather than simply seek to explain it. Indeed, the role of strategic communications should be to establish the conditions in which, and activities by which, a more ambitious national strategy can be implemented more effectively, rather than merely serving to communicate that strategy.
 
High-level political ownership of the idea and leadership across government will be critical to the success of strategic communications. A credible communications strategy able to reach across government and down into the departmental level. Strategic communications must be seen to reach out from central government to operational environments (both military and non-military) and to the local domestic constituency.

Communications is the part of contribution national strategy. communications grow so fast in this era and reaching so many area of publics, in private and social life. right now, people can communicate with many people in different places and times with new media called internet. strategic communications could make it possible for the various functions in government, include national strategy itself to be more effectively and more efficiently. Communication is also a matter of trust: trust that what is being said is accurate and based upon reliable information and intelligent to inform the electorate rather than manipulate it.

Strategic communications are also concerned with reputation, positive reputation could prove to be good effort of government. Government communication should not involve the most persuasive information by the most favorable means, but should have a more cognitive goal to influence public because public always judge government’s performance. As well as managing the message and the medium, therefore, strategic communications also offer an opportunity to shape the interpretation and assessment of the information being conveyed (as well as the choice of medium) in order to ensure that observers (or the electorate) come to their own conclusions about the government’s performance.

Strategic communications can not only have a disciplining effect on national strategic thinking, by requiring that strategy be clear and communicable, but also ensure that what is communicated by government is strategically credible. Strategic communications are a challenge to governments to explain themselves more clearly and convincingly in order to gain and maintain public support for policy, and to ensure that messages and actions do not conflict with each other and undermine the competence and reputation of government.

Strategic communications can be understood as a relationship between several different levels of governance:
  1.  leaders or actors at the government.
  1. communicators exploiting different media to communicate and articulate this strategy.
  1. agents whose actions enable and enact strategy and strategic communications.
  1. the advocates or stakeholders beyond government who, though not directly developing national strategy and its accompanying narrative, are integral to its realization, whether consciously or otherwise.
Policy, strategy and strategic communications all the elements of the policy making process. strategic by leadership of communication can lead give direction and guidance to the machinery of government. Each department of government have role to plays in national strategy. Strategic communications can involve a very wide variety of individuals: not only those in designated communications roles, but also all those involved in communicating policy. Government relations with the media would benefit for the growth of strategic communications.where policy and strategy for cyber security are concerned we find close parallels with strategic communications in the need for information, cooperation, coordination and trust.

Rather than communicating and improving national strategy, it could be found that strategic communications can in their own right help to create the conditions or the broad environment in which national strategy can more effectively and productively be pursued. More than an important component of national strategy, in other words, strategic communications could be an enabler of it.

2. Condition of “Strategic Communications And National Strategy” in Indonesia.
Strategic communications can make an important contribution to policy making in Indonesia. strategic communications can assist in maintaining the essential interface between purpose and action.as we see, communications grow so fast in Indonesia and reaching so many area of public. Government in Indonesia use mass media to inform public about their policy as one of strategic communication and hope public will support it. But strategic communication in Indonesia not going well, because there are so many mass media give different information and make public confused which one tell the truth. Public (some of them) just take all the information they get without refine all the information. because of a bit fail on strategic communications also make people not really trust government and their policy.  


Strategic communications used not only for the government to the public but is also used for the government to other governments within a country. For example when one government want to make a new policy, must communicate with other government for advice or agreement. as well as providing the interface between action and ambition, strategic communications also support another critical strategic commodity influence. strategic influence is depend on effective coordination across and beyond government in order that national strategic goals can be realized and maximized.

Strategy, as defined in that article is a collection of ideas, preferences and methods which explain activity (whether diplomatic, economic, developmental or military) and give it purpose, by connecting it to the desired effect or a stated goal. National strategy is plan and decision for the benefit of the state. National strategy also have meaning of how to implement the national politics in the achieving the goals by national politics.National strategy prepared to implement the national politics, such as short-term, medium-term and long-term strategy.

Politic and national strategy must work in tune. Every strategy each country is different because policy and public needs in each country different from each other. As dignified county, Indonesia should have big strategy to ensure the achievement of all national interests in order to achieve national goals, creating equitable and prosperous society. Preparation of politic and national strategy need to understand the main idea contained in the management system which is based on the ideology of Pancasila, UUD 1945, national  perception and national defence. mechanical drafting politics and national strategy in level political superstructure is set by the president.

Indonesia is independent country, which mean all affairs and government’s policy will be taken without intervention from other county. National strategy implemented by ministers and the head of state non-department government based on the instruction from president. One manifestation of a national strategy in the government are regional autonomy and regional authority, which mean every regional in Indonesia have their authority and autonomy leads by leaders of each regional. 

Stratification of the national strategy is the division of power in making a decision with particular consideration to the public interest in a country based on criteria respectively in certain classes. Stratification of the national strategy and regions in the republic Indonesia:

Many people take advantage of cyberspace to spread false news for its own benefit and could result in division and strife community in cyberspace. for example which happened recently is a problem regarding a candidate for governor of DKI Jakarta, basuki Tjahja Purnama or Ahok exposed cases of blasphemy because the video when he gave a speech quoting a letter from al-Quran. The news spread so fast and make some people argue in cyberspace about the case. Government need to make security in cyberspace more powerful, so people will be more careful to write something on cyberspace. if not, the stability of the country as a unitary state would be broken. The centrality of strategic communication to stability operation is evident from the critical campaign tasks depend upon it. These tasks include, inter alia, influencing foreign populations; providing public information; acting as the commander's voice; countering enemy propaganda, misinformation, disinformation ad opposing information
  
Cyberspace also even used in the spread of radical such as ISIS. Radicalization and criminal activity easily spread through cyberspace for security in cyberspace is still less supervision. strategic communication should therefore address wider and deeper causes of radicalization, and should also offer a feedback loop trough which public policy can be subjected to critical appraisal. the limitations of a traditional security or defence mindset when addressing the problem of radicalization. knowledge and expertise can be drawn from a variety of disciplines such a sociology and social psychology in order better to understand the dynamics at work. however, when strategic communications address problems associated with cyber security sense of proportion will be essential.
